Patrick Pillay

Patrick Georges Pillay is a Seychellois politician. He has been the Minister of External Affairs of the Seychelles since February 12, 2005;^[1] previously, he was Minister of Health.^[2] In 2010, he was appointed resident High Commissioner to the United Kingdom.^[3]
